Text Messaging Is Live!
[Phoenix, Arizona] – [August 2022] – Santrac Virtual Dial is excited to announce that the SMS/MMS text messaging application for the Boomea UC client is available! You can now send text messages to customers,
co-workers, and others from the convenience of your work computer.
Because MMS is included in this update, users can send and receive pictures, emojis, audio, PDFs, video, etc., with their text messages.
MMS functionality has also been added to our Nimbus mobile application for a richer texting experience. Note that the application will automatically update, and a new installation is not required.
Additionally, we've updated the Boomea UC interface by streamlining the navigation to provide a cleaner, larger viewing port for each application. We’ve also adopted a more neutral color scheme.
